Suzanne Collins narrative here has an immediacy that, when combined with the dramatic life and death of the plot is very compelling. It's fun, and very disturbing at a time. If this was just a good read, I have given 4 stars, but they say that the great art leaves you changed after that experience and this book certainly did.

"The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest" is a worthy successor of the previous two books in the trilogy. And toward the end, there will be times when tears are brought to their eyes. Larrson knew exactly how to play with time, rhythm and lyrics to the rhythm of the story and its just end. I'm hard pressed to even guess what might otherwise have ended this series.
